The rates shown for each itinerary include any entrance tickets, booking costs, or any other expenses. Customized itineraries are subject to an ad hoc quote.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

QueerTuscanyTours.com guides are not responsible for damage to people or things or third parties, and for any cause beyond the direct control of the guides themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reservation<\/b><\/h3>\n

The booking of each tour can be canceled or modified within 48 hours prior to the date scheduled for the tour: the amount paid will be fully refunded, with the exception of booking fees for museums that have already been made and cannot be canceled. Outside the 48-hour deadline, no refunds can be guaranteed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Booking changes<\/b><\/h3>\n

Changing the date of a reservation is subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

The name of the participants can be changed without surcharge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/b><\/h3>\n

In the event of QueerTuscanyTours.com being unable to carry out a booked tour, the notice will be sent within 48 hours of the scheduled date, and the amount paid will be fully refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Timetables<\/b><\/h3>\n

The tour start times and meeting places will be clearly indicated at the time of booking, in accordance with your requests and the availability of guides and museum facilities. Please note them down carefully and make sure you arrive in time at the meeting point with the guide: the delay limit is 15 minutes from the time indicated at the time of booking.
